Creating trust and connection to gain an engaged and high performing team or department. Many organisations face a lack of leadership or people management skills.

Nowadays, many of us are working under greater pressure and with fewer resources for support. With less organic face time, it becomes increasingly difficult to balance daily operations with team coaching. The people management service addresses these needs directly by acting as an extension of your team. Offering people management and coaching support, I collaborate closely with management to ‘tag-team’ development obstacles and motivate performance towards optimal levels.

Where more support or leadership is needed, I can also step in as an Interim Sales Manager (or similar role) for flexible time periods, allowing management the time to focus on daily operations while teams benefit from undivided attention, capability training, and coaching.
